With great attention to detail, we created a Christmas tree that deliberately stands apart from the classic red-and-green tones. Instead, magenta, black, and silver dominate – colors that radiate elegance, sophistication, and a touch of extravagance.

It blends perfectly into the atmosphere of Noohn (Henric Petri-Strasse 12, 4051 Basel) – one of the city’s most popular Asian restaurants, renowned far beyond Basel for its excellent cuisine and stylish ambiance. Together with the managing director, who runs several exceptionally beautiful restaurants in Basel, we carefully selected the decorations.

Hidden among the branches are handcrafted beetles made of fine fabrics. These little works of art are far more than mere decoration – they are true eye-catchers that give the tree its unmistakable personality.

The interplay of bold colors, glossy surfaces, and intricate fabric beetles makes the tree appear almost like a sculpture. It is not only a symbol of the festive season but also a statement: of courage, individuality, and beauty beyond the ordinary.

Two people full of dedication, countless small touches: this is how the tree was created, piece by piece. Every bauble, every fabric beetle, every ornament was deliberately chosen and carefully placed. It was not just decoration – but a creative process, almost like a dance, in which the tree gradually took shape and ultimately became a sculpture of sophistication and extravagance.

The result is a Christmas tree that not only brings festive spirit to Noohn, but also makes a statement – for the extraordinary, the unique, and the art of reinterpreting Christmas.
